CONTEXT: MicroRNAs have potential as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets in cancer. No study has evaluated the association between microRNA expression patterns and colon cancer prognosis or therapeutic outcome. OBJECTIVE: To identify microRNA expression patterns associated with colon adenocarcinomas, prognosis, or therapeutic outcome.
