Abstract
Amino, bromo, nitro, and naphthalene terephthalic acids were utilized in the isoreticular synthesis of functionalized microcrystalline frameworks with the UiO-66 topology. The amino functionalized framework, UiO-66–NH 2 , was postsynthetically modified with aliphatic and cyclic anhydrides generating amide-functionalized materials.
