Abstract

Today labor markets are entering a new phase which is characterized by talented and efficient workforce scarcity. The present research intended to investigate the talent management as well as succession planning (SP) processes for talent absorption, retention and development by use of descriptive and inferential statistics and its statistical community included managers and experts of the Iranian Refahe Kargaran Bank branches within Tehran province.
