Abstract
Learning outcomes are influenced by many factors; among others are students’ learning interest and motivation. This article discusses the findings of a study on the impacts of students’ learning interest and motivation on learning outcomes in the subject of office equipment management at a private vocational high school in Bandung Regency. The study adopted explanatory survey method, where data were gathered using Likert scale questionnaire distributed to a population of 47 tenth grade students of the Office Administration Program.
