Psychophysiological Aspects of Performance and Adjustment to Stress

Abstract
In human stress research particular interest has been paid to two problems: (1) the relation between stress and performance efficiency and (2) the relation between stress and mental and physical health. In the present chapter some results relevant to these problems will be presented and discussed from a psychophysiological point of view.
