Abstract
In this Viewpoint, Fauci and colleagues from NIAID review the evidence underlying the 2016 Prevention Access Campaign’s “Undetectable = Untransmittable (U = U)” HIV public health initiative, arguing that the science now supports elimination of the stigma associated with HIV infection.
