Analysis of elasto-plastic behavior of concrete-filled steel tubular three-dimensional subassemblages
Indexed incrossref
Abstract
Analysis was performed by a proposed method on the elasto-plastic behavior of three-dimensional subassemblages consisting of a concrete-filled steel tubular column and four H-shaped beams, which were subjected to a constant axial load on the column, a constant beam load in the minor-direction and beam shear in the majordirection simulating the earthquake loading. The paper presents the procedure to analyze the three-dimensional deformations of the biaxially-loaded column and beam-to-column connection panel, and the results of analysis are compared with previously-obtained test results. It is concluded that the analysis proposed here well traces the test results.
