Abstract
This deposit accompanies the manuscript “Operational Reconstruction of a Conformal Clock-Field with Null-Cone Invariance (No Present-Epoch Dispersion)”. We develop an observables-first framework in which a universal scalar clock-field modulates proper time via conformal matter coupling while strictly preserving null-cone structure. Photons and gravitons therefore propagate as in GR (no present-epoch, energy-dependent dispersion). From operational axioms on clock & link protocols we (i) derive the unique conformal coupling, (ii) prove via Fisher-information geometry that the conformal direction is detection-optimal among null-preserving metric deformations (for homogeneous signals), and (iii) provide three test…
