Abstract
The magnitude of the COVID-19 pandemic has halted a myriad of previous research within the hospitality and tourism industry. Statistically, research has shown that roughly 50% of consumers are currently not willing to travel or stay in a hotel. Experts continue to scramble to answer crisis related questions tied around consumer willingness to return to travel and the hospitality industry.
