Abstract
This report summarizes radar measurement data of the orbital debris (OD) environment in low Earth orbit (LEO) from the Haystack Ultrawideband Satellite Imaging Radar (HUSIR) operated by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Lincoln Laboratory (MIT/LL) and the U.S. Department of Defense and provided to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Orbital Debris Program Office (ODPO).
