Abstract
The Swedish Governmental Commission on Environment and Health (SOU 1996) and the Governmental Committee on Environmental Objectives (SOU 2000) proposed, among other things, targets for carcinogenic air pollutants in order to fulfill the national objectives for the reduction of harmful emissions
