Abstract
Recent advancements in green and innovative technologies have resulted in a number of innovations in manufacturing operations to accelerate sustainable development (SD). Despite several benefits of green innovation adoption (GIA), the adoption rate of these initiatives is still abysmal in manufacturing organisations. To fill this gap, we have developed and validated the GIA model grounded on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), which compels organisations to implement these novel technologies.
