Abstract
Pancreatic cancer continues to be one of the world's most lethal cancers. Chemotherapy resistance in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer often accompany with dismal prognosis, highlighting the need to investigate mechanisms of drug resistance and develop therapies to overcome chemoresistance. This research was filed with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR2200061320).
