Abstract

ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence model, has garnered significant interest within education. This study examined public sentiment regarding ChatGPT's influence on education by utilizing web mining and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. By adopting an empirical approach and leveraging machine learning models to process 2003 web articles, the study extracts valuable insights. The results indicate that ChatGPT has emerged as a crucial educational tool, offering advantages for both students and educators.
