Abstract
Inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with p-i-n structure have recently attracted widespread attention owing to their fast-growing power conversion efficiency. In this Review, we focus on the progress in the materials that contribute to the improved efficiency of inverted PSCs, including hole transport materials with self-assembled monolayers as the highlight, electron transport materials, and interface modification materials between perovskite and charge transport layers for passivating defects. Then, we discuss the recent advances in perovskites, including optimization of the bandgap, interfacial band engineering, and the development of film processing. Finally, we point out challenges and future…
