Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of a company's internal leadership using insights from the analysis of internal leadership of Ernst&Young Ukraine, a member of one of the largest professional services networks, which prioritizes a stable and effective development of its leaders. The article starts with an overview of classical and modern theories of leadership, which is followed by a description of the structure and activities of Ernst&Young as well as a corresponding SWOT analysis.
