Abstract
Industry 5.0 can be described as the integration of sustainability, resilience, and human-centricity into industrial value creation. A novel framework for shaping a manufacturing strategy for the future Industry 5.0 paradigm is proposed. The I5.0 strategy framework consists of two main elements: (1) a process model and (2) a system model. The process model is based on the Design and Operations (DesOps) methodology while the system model discusses a fluid physical system as well as a fluid cyber system as relevant components of an Industry 5.0 manufacturing system-of-systems.
