Abstract
Since the introduction of the Every Student Succeeds Act in 2015, Florida has emphasized the need to "prepare students for college and careers" as a vehicle for the United States to compete at the global level, committed to building a talented and high-skilled workforce. This study looks at Florida Department of Education data from 2018 and 2022 from schools in the 15 counties with the highest population density, totaling 267.
