Abstract

Billions of dollars are spent annually in the world to treat and investigate problems caused by drug side effects. According to the estimates of health researchers, about 40%of people who take medicine suffer from side effects. In this way, the necessity of using a targeted system in order to deliver medicine to the desired place without damaging healthy tissues is felt more than ever.
