Guava, also known as Psidiumguajava L., is a vital tropical food plant with a range of therapeutic uses. It is extensively utilized as a treatment for various illnesses and is easily accessible around the world, particularly in Asian nations. Psidiumguajava contains bioactive constituents including polyphenols, flavonoids, and heteropolysaccharides that are found to be antihyperglycemic properties.
