TAM and IS success model on digital library use, user satisfaction and net benefits: Indonesian open university context

Purpose The purpose of this study is to inform the variables affecting the use of digital library, user satisfaction and net benefits perceived by Indonesian open university (IOU) students. The merge of the technology acceptance model and the information system success model was proposed. Design/methodology/approach Through a large-scale survey, the instrumentation was validated and examined for the reliability through some steps: face and content validity, pilot study and measurement model.
