Catalyst–electrolyte interface engineering propels progress in acidic CO 2 electroreduction
Indexed incrossref
Abstract
The acidic CO 2 RR is an alternative to the alkaline/neutral CO 2 RR, mitigating carbonate formation and carbon crossover. This review covers its history, evaluation, advances and challenges, focusing on catalyst–electrolyte interface engineering.
