Abstract

Carbon dots (CDs), a versatile class of fluorescent carbon-based nanomaterials, have attracted widespread attention due to their exceptional optical properties, biocompatibility, and cost-effectiveness. Their applications span biomedicine, optoelectronics, and smart food packaging, yet large-scale synthesis remains a significant challenge.
