Executive summary“Oxygen delayed is life denied,” COVID-19 survivor, KenyaMedical oxygen is an essential medicine that has been in clinical use for over 150 years. It is required at every level of the healthcare system for children and adults with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and for safe surgery and perioperative care, and must be available to all who need it.
