Abstract

CoFePv with phosphorus vacancies (Pv) was prepared via Ar plasma-assisted phosphidation. CoFePv and its reconstructed CoFeOOH-PO 4 3− serve as active species for the HER and the OER, demonstrating excellent catalytic performance and stability.
