Abstract
Polymeric nanoparticles represent an innovative approach to drug delivery, particularly for addressing complex diseases like cancer. Their nanoscale dimensions facilitate targeted cellular uptake and effective navigation of biological barriers. With a broad range of polymerisation and functionalisation techniques, these nanoparticles can enable precise drug release, enhanced stability, and improved bioavailability while minimising side effects. Compared to conventional carriers, polymeric nanoparticles offer superior stability and versatility.
