Indexed incrossref
Abstract
In recent years, the convergence between blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) has led to significant innovations in the agricultural sector, particularly in the traceability and protection of grains. These emerging technologies have the potential to transform the agricultural supply chain, providing greater transparency, security, and efficiency. Blockchain technology, with its ability to create immutable and transparent records, is widely applied to trace the origin and movement of grains from production to the final consumer.
