Abstract
This investigation presents an overview of various optical biosensors utilized for the detection of cancer cells. It covers a comprehensive range of technologies, including surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors, which exploit changes in refractive index (RI) at the sensor surface to detect biomolecular interactions. Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) sensors offer high sensitivity and versatility in detecting cancer biomarkers.
