Die Weimarer Reichsverfassung
Indexed incrossref
Abstract
This book offers a systematic review of the Weimar Constitution, showing from a strictly historical perspective how it was interpreted by the legislative, executive and judicial powers from 1919 to 1933. Christoph Gusy argues that the Weimar Republic must be seen as an independent period in German constitutional history and in its historical context. He illustrates the aims and the deficits of the first democratic and republican constitution in Germany.
