The Development of The Tire Side Force Model Considering The Dependence of Surface Temperature of Tire

The aim of this paper is to develop the tire side force model including the influence of tire surface temperature. The model consists of the part of thermodynamics and the part of side force change. The parameters of the tire model are identified using the test results of indoor test facility. The calculation results of the change of tire side force and surface temperature by the developed model agreed very well with the measurements.
