Abstract
LFIS–07 derives the drift–sink system (S12–S13) and extends Light Frame Cadence Geometry into the cosmological regime. Building on the Cadence Ledger neutrality condition, the volume shows that outward Temporal Stretch drift and inward Temporal Depth sinks must balance across connected cosmic domains. This balance is not introduced as a phenomenological expansion law, but as a consequence of cadence neutrality under finite representability. The volume defines drift as the outward TS-gradient and sinks as inward TD-gradient structure, then derives the global balance relation between them.
