Abstract

Shows how a 7D Kaluza--Klein reduction yields both a 4D Einstein--Hilbert sector and a MOND-like scalar/coupling sector. Emphasizes the structural route and operator content, with coefficient-level closures tied to the constitutive/observable-map lane established in the MOND paper. For a series overview, reading order, and claim‑hygiene guide, see Coherent Gravity Theory (CGT): An Onboarding Primer: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18212967
