Abstract

Addresses the galaxy-cluster residual in baseline MOND. Extends CGT to 7D with two Planck-scale dimensions and a Vlasov/collective-mode picture. Hot plasma supports collective W-modes that activate additional cross-coupling channels; cold stellar systems do not. Channel counting yields a $\sqrt{3}$ enhancement. Validated against X-COP data (7 clusters). Includes a merger-lensing offset mechanism sketch for Bullet-type systems. For a series overview, reading order, and claim‑hygiene guide, see Coherent Gravity Theory (CGT): An Onboarding Primer: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18212967
