Bootstrap Origin: From Unity to the Standard Model — And Why Inflation Is Unnecessary

Abstract
We present a complete account of cosmic structure from unity to the Standard Model using only the Bootstrap framework — no inflation, no fine-tuning, one scale parameter (mₑ). Unity (+1) undergoes first closure (I AM I), which crystallises instantaneously into complete geometry with inherent tension (ε = 1 − π/e^(2/√3)). This tension partitions into baryons, dark matter, and dark energy in the ratio 1 : 3√3 : 3√3e, matching Planck observations to ~1%. The icosahedron cannot tile space; this geometric frustration IS the tension. The resulting Kelvin lattice is a cosmic Frank-Kasper phase, with baryons as topological defects where closure locally succeeded. The 5% baryon fraction matches the low crystallinity…
