Abstract

This monograph presents the Universal Resonance Model (URM), a systems-dynamic framework for understanding disease progression as transitions between regulatory states rather than isolated pathway dysfunction. URM integrates deterministic structure, stochastic variability, nonlinear feedback loops, and cross-system resonance to explain delayed but durable clinical effects, loss of resilience, and phase-dependent intervention windows.
