Abstract
Objective
To assess the efficacy and safety of edaravone dexborneol, a multitarget brain cytoprotectant composed of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients, in improving functional outcomes among patients with acute ischaemic stroke undergoing endovascular thrombectomy.
Design
Multicentre, double blind, randomised, placebo controlled trial.
