Abstract

This document presents CAIS Architecture v1.0, a technical system blueprint for the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS). CAIS is defined as a buildable, modular, and layered architecture designed to transform observable biological, molecular, and physical signals into structured, computation-ready outputs without invoking therapeutic claims or interpretive judgment. This document does not redefine consciousness, consciousness metrics, or canonical frameworks.
