Abstract

This paper provides a conceptual consolidation of the Rest-Dominant Training framework by defining its boundary conditions, internal limits, and points of failure. Building on prior theoretical formulation and longitudinal case-based analysis, the present work introduces no new empirical observations. Instead, it clarifies where the framework applies, where it does not, and why attempts to simplify or generalize it lead to systematic misinterpretation. By distinguishing rest-dominant structuring from undertraining, inactivity, and conventional deloading strategies, the paper establishes a closed conceptual model resistant to reductionist reinterpretation.
