This item contains two related artifacts examining how modern socio-technical systems can retain surface coherence, confidence, and productivity after losing the constraints that once bound language, decision-making, and consequence.The first document, Early Signs of Constraint Loss, provides a practitioner-facing field guide for identifying observable signals of drift before failure becomes explicit.
