Abstract

This document presents a complete mathematical reconstruction of the biological genetic code, proving it to be a multiplexed dual-binary architecture (ℤ₂ × ℤ₂) rather than a stochastic evolutionary artifact. By applying group theory (A₅ icosahedral symmetry) and topology to the codon table, this work challenges the "Central Dogma" regarding synonymous mutations and so-called "junk DNA." The Core Thesis: Current biological models assume that the 27% redundancy in the codon table (degeneracy) is noise.
