ICMM-FW-03 : EMP→EEM and the emergence of FGFs

Abstract

This preprint formalizes the ontological transition from EMP (a potential informational continuum) to EEM (an expression regime) within the ICMM framework. It argues that what standard physics often labels as “symmetry breaking” is better interpreted here as a change of regime (phase change), where global expressional symmetry becomes locally differential as expression activates. The study introduces the minimal activation conditions, the role of reactive substrates (EEM/EED), and a projective informational conservation principle.
