Six Institutional Intervention Areas to Support Ethical and Effective Student Use of Generative AI in Higher Education: A Narrative Review

The integration of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek, into higher education offers transformative opportunities for personalised learning and academic productivity. However, their unregulated use raises concerns about academic integrity, critical thinking, and educational equity.
