Abstract
The impact of digital technologies on various industries has been transformative, restructuring and disrupting existing business and operational models. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are vital to the economies of countries worldwide, leading to increased interest in their Digital Transformation (DT) from both industry and academia.
