Illustrative Failure Patterns in Sovereign Provenance and Logical Sovereignty is a non-normative, non-operational official record companion documenting recurrent constitutional failure modes in the preservation of sovereign continuity of memory, reasoning, and attribution. This volume does not establish doctrine, define evaluative frameworks, prescribe governance models, or provide interpretive stewardship. It does not authorize remedies, enforcement, reconstruction, or correction.
