Abstract (~300 words) This document presents a comprehensive theory of nervous system sovereignty through the Fool archetype, developing what it terms "affect literacy" — the capacity to use symbols, characters, and embodied play to regulate the nervous system without belief, doctrine, or identity capture. The framework begins by diagnosing the "three-headed hydra" of contemporary trauma culture: (1) the original harm, (2) the narrative layer that metabolizes harm into shame and repetition, and (3) the identity crystallization where trauma becomes moral position and weapon.
