Abstract
Purpose Amid escalating regulatory and stakeholder pressures for environmental transparency, the effectiveness of corporate carbon disclosure has become a critical area of inquiry. However, existing studies have offered limited insight into how firms' internal and relational intellectual resources contribute to disclosure outcomes.
