Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of new energy and optoelectronic technologies, perovskite materials have become a research hotspot of common interest in both academic and industrial communities due to their excellent optoelectronic properties, low-cost fabrication processes, and diverse application scenarios. However, achieving efficient and high-precision processing of perovskite materials remains a key challenge hindering their broader application. In this context, femtosecond laser processing technology, leveraging its ultra-short pulse duration and high-precision machining capabilities, has opened up new possibilities for research into and application of perovskite materials.
