A KPI-Governed Taqrīb Architecture: A Data-Driven Roadmap to the New Islamic Civilization (DDRNIC)

Abstract

This study engineers a KPI-governed taqrīb architecture (DDRNIC) to convert normative Islamic commitments into auditable civilizational progress.
