Abstract
The risk-benefit profile of direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) in kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) with atrial fibrillation (AF) remains under-investigated. PURPOSE: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of DOACs compared with vitamin K antagonists (VKAs) in KTRs with AF.
