Phenomenological Rendezvous: Serverless Peer Coordination Through Matched Internal Representational Patterns

Abstract

We present Phenomenological Rendezvous (PR), a novel peer coordination protocol that eliminates dependence on external time oracles by exploiting principles from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and phenomenology. Unlike existing approaches that require peers to observe the same external state (NTP time, blockchain consensus, GPS signals), PR enables coordination when peers' internal representational patterns---measured via commodity biosensors---match a target configuration encoded in a Semantic Rendezvous Token (SRT).
